Single Tooth Implant
Pt presented with failing tooth. A dental implant was done to replace the tooth after it was removed. The other treatment option was to prepare the teeth on either side of missing tooth for crowns for a bridge. Placing an implant allows the virgin teeth on either side to be left as is. The life expectancy for a single tooth implant is longer than a 3 unit bridge.

Porcelain Bridges
This patient Presented with broken down and discolored anterior teeth and wanted a new smile. One tooth was missing and one needed to be removed. The result was 2 3 unit all porcelain bridges with no metal. All porcelain bridges are much more natural looking then bridges with metal. All treatment was done by Dr. Lang.

Porcelain Veneers and a Porcelain Crown
This pateint had an old crown and old extensive fillings on her front teeth. Three porcelain veneers and one all porcelain crown were placed for this smile make over. The treatment was completed in 2 visits.
Porcelain Veneers and Crowns
This patient had decay with root canal treated teeth that needed restoration. She had 7 porcelain veneers and one all porcelain crown. This changed the color and shape of her teeth. Treatment was completed in 2 visits.
Invisalign and Zoom Bleaching

Immediate Implant
In this case the patient was missing a permanent tooth and had retained the primary or baby tooth. Over time the teeth discolor and break down. The baby tooth was removed and an immediate implant placed with a temporary crown was placed on the same day. Three months later the final all porcelain crown was placed with a very esthetic result. All surgery and restorative dentistry was done by Dr Lang.

Implant Overdenture
This patient had a full lower denture that was loose and difficult to wear or eat with. 4 implants were placed in the lower jaw and attachments in the denture that snap onto the implants. The implants will preserve the bone in the lower jaw that would slowly melt away if they were not there. As the bone melts away the denture becomes more and more difficult to wear and eat with. This lower implant supported overdenture provides comfort and retention to eat and talk. Implant surgery and denture all done at our office by Dr. Lang.

Porcelain Crowns
This patient fell and fractured his two front teeth. Two all porcelain crowns were placed to restore his smile. This treatment was completed in 2 visits.

Full mouth Reconstruction
This patient had removable upper and lower partial dentures he could not chew with. He also did not like his smile and the partial dentures caused him pain to wear them. He was given upper and lower crowns with claspless removable partial dentures. He not only looks great but now he can eat anything he wants!

All Porcelain Crowns
THe patient had very worn teeth with many old fillings, 6 anterior all porcelain crowns were placed. This was completed in 2 appointments.
Teeth Whitening
Patient had moderate staining on upper teeth. Pre-treated with whitening trays and patient had one hour in-office whitening. Whiter teeth by 8 shades!

Patient had 2 missing teeth. 2 dental implants and 2 crowns were placed to replace missing teeth. Implant surgery and crowns placed by Dr Lang.
Bonding/White Filling
Removal of amalgam/silver fillings and replacement with natural tooth colored fillings.
